Abstract Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation
Speakers giving oral presentations are kindly requested to prepare their slides in PowerPoint format with a 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratio, and to deliver them to the Speaker Ready Desk at least one hour before the start of their session.

Poster Presentation
Poster presenters are kindly requested to print their posters in 70 cm (width) × 90 cm (height) format, mount them on the designated poster board by 13:00 on 8 May, and remove them from the board at 13:30 on 10 May. The organization secretariat cannot be held responsible for any posters that are not collected by the specified time.

Authors participating in the Poster Tour must be present in front of their posters between 12:40 PM and 1:30 PM on May 9th.

Abstracts Submission deadline is 1 April, 2026 – 23:59 (GMT+3).

All abstracts should be submitted electronically via the form below.

The abstracts not submitted via the form below but via e-mail and regular post will not be accepted. The abstracts submitted online will be published without any correction; therefore the authors should be careful about spelling mistakes.

Guidelines for Submission

1. The abstract language must be English
2. The abstracts shall be submitted only via form above.
3. Names of the authors should not include their academic titles.
4. The names should be written with only the first letter in capital and the rest in small letters and without abbreviation.
5. Name and address of the institution, in which the author is employed, should be stated.
6. Only the first letter of the abstract title should be in capital letters. (Abbreviations excluded.)
7. In case abbreviation is used in the abstract, the abbreviation should be explained in parenthesis.
8. The purpose of the paper and the methods applied should be explained in brief, the findings should be summarized together with sufficient statistical details and the conclusion should be stated within the framework of the findings presented.
9. Abstract should be organized in a way to include the titles of objective, materials and methods, results and conclusions.
10. The abstract length should not exceed 300 words excluding the abstract title, name and surname of the author.

 

Abstract Evaluation:
All abstracts and proceedings will be blind reviewed by the Scientific Committee. In order to have an accepted abstract being programmed by the scientific committee, congress registration for the presenting author is compulsory. An acceptance letter concerning the abstract evaluation result will be e-mailed to the author.
